KFG has about $50,000 in cash with a cash flow of about $100,000 per month. The Spring Hill #5 well has just paid out so we have no debt. The Spring Hill #6 well, ashallow 4000' test, Will be spuded next week. The cost to drill the hole and test it is about$125,000 US which we will have on hand when the well is finished. If we make a well the completion cost to get the well producing is about$175,000US which we will pay for out of cash flow over a 90 day period. My oil reserves have a discounted present value of $7,000,000 and they are presently unencumbered. If necessary we should be able to establish a line of credit of at least one to two million dollars
to facilitate development. Another shallow well should increase cash flow an additional $50,000 to $75,000 per month. Also if the #6 well is sucessful it sets up at least four more shallow locations to drill. We will be getting the PR effort underway in mid September

I sold all my shares at .085 because it didn't do what I expected. I wanted to keep half (they would have been paid for) but there was a system glich at my brokers and they sold them all. I wanted to keep half (they would have been paid for) but there was a system glich at my brokers and they sold them all. This is not a directon call for the stock.
I was also waiting for a confirmation from the President as to the IR firm. From what he answered, the company finally decided not to hire one. So it might take longer to move much higher. Might buy back if it goes down to .05. That may not happen depending on their success in drilling. So far so good though.
